EN015P - Consulting / uploading the current / past document requests to the company for the Community and every client my company works for

We refer to document requests defined as:

We access the Company details screen from the home screen when remaining at the Community scope (before selecting any client). We can consult / upload it when selecting the tab Document request.

Document requests as shown at the Company details screen at the Community scope

The documentation requested is shown in a tabular format, so every row corresponds to a requirement and every column details information regarding this requirement:
  1. Type ► status of the requirement regarding its validity.
  2. Id / Requirement ► description of the document request.
  3. Scope ► who is requesting the document.
  4. Request date ► when is the document requested.
  5. Date from / Date to ► period of validity of the document request, which applies only when there are expiry dates.
  6. Notification ► status of the document request corresponding to a future (notice days) period of time.
  7. Status ► stage of the validation procedure the document request is in.
  8. Past document status ► to check if every past request is validated or not.
When clicking on the fields Id / Requirement at one row, we will access the Document request details screen, where we can consult / upload / edit the documentation.

Some filters are available to ease the search.
  1. Requirement, to introduce a sequence of characters that will shorten the table only for those requirements containing it in its description.

    2. Requested by the clients ► we can choose only one of them.
  2. Show past document requests.
