EN008P - Document request status according to its period of validity
According to its period of validity, there can be 3 types of documental requests. Each one of them will be identified by an icon at the column Type.
Icons of types of documental requests according to its period of validity
This concept means as explained next:
- A warning for a future request implies that it is possible to upload a document corresponding to a period of time yet to start (see notice days).
- A request in process implies that it is been requested currently to the element it applies to.
- An archived request implies that it is not been requested currently to the element it used to apply to, but it was requested to this very element anytime in the past.
Only documental requests in process do affect the access authorisation, the compliance percentages and the accreditation for a contract - work.
