EN009P - Documentation requested by the Community / by the clients

The suppliers registered in SerCAE One have to provide some documents requested by different entities:

Therefore, 3 scope options are possible for a documental request:

• Community scope ► the company and/or its elements are requested the documentation only for being registered in the Community.
  
• Client scope ► the company and/or its elements are requested the documentation only for being associated to at least one of the clients the company works for.
  
• Community & client scope ► the company and/or its elements are requested the documentation for both reasons: for being registered in the Community and for being associated to at least one of the clients the company works for.
  

In the event of a requirement being requested by more than one entity (Community & any client or some clients), it will be enough to upload the document once. Besides, the document will be validated once for every entity requesting it.

Only documentation requested by a client (just itself or together with another client and/or the community) can affect the access authorisation to the facilities of that client.
