EN014P - Types of expiry for documentation requested

SerCAE One deals with 4 different types of documental requests according to their expiry dates:

1. Request with no expiry ► The request does not expire and its status will remain unless the documents uploaded are modified.
   
2. Request with expiry by dates ► When uploading the documents, the fields Date from and Date to have to be introduced, so these data are unknown to SerCAE One previously.
   
3. Request with expiry by document ► When uploading the documents, only the field Date from has to be introduced, as SerCAE One can calculate automatically the value of Date to, as the period of validiy has previously been defined.
   
4. Request with expiry by requirement ► When uploading the documents no temporal field has to be introduced, as both Dates from / Date to are previously defined for every period of validity.
   

When a validated document request reaches its expiry date, its status will turn to outstanding.
