EN013P - Notice days

For the documental requests with expiry dates it is possible to arrange the option of uploading a document corresponding to a future period of time not started yet. It enables to have the document already uploaded and even validated when the request for that period of time starts. The request for a future period of time can have 4 different status according to its validation.

Aggregate incoming document screens (Community scope) include a column called Notification, where there can be an icon to identify rows that allow to upload documents in advance due to the notice days:

When uploading the document it is easy to identify the notice days request through its icon, so they are differentiated from other periods of time (current / past):

Separately, non-aggregate incoming document screens (client / contract - work scopes, both current or past) show the rows that correspond to notice days requests with a yellow background.

Notice days requests are irrelevant for authorising / denying an element to access the sites and for caiculating the documentation compliance percentage. As a result of this, it does not affect the accreditation of a company for a contract - work.
