EN038P - Attributes of the document requests
Some attributes are defined when configuring the requirements and they affect the way the documentation is requested and its impact on several questions.
- Entity the document is requested to:
- Supplier.
- Worker.
- Equipment (vehicle / machinery).
- Expiry types:
- No expiry.
- Expiry by dates.
- Expiry by document.
- Expirty by requirement.
- Notice days to enable to upload the document request corresponding to a period of time yet to start.
- Template available to download.
- Validation criteria that help understand the correct content of the document that has to be provided.
- Documental area the document will belong to according to its nature (example: Health & Safety, Social Security...).
- Type of requirement to clasify document requests according different questions.
- Criticality, which will affect the accreditation of a company for a contract - work.
- Access restriction, which implies that the non-validated status means the element affected by the requirement will not have access authorisation to site.
- Grace days, which define a period of time for an access-restrictive requirement not to be taken into consideration for the access authorisation to site.
- Vesting days, which define a period of time for a non-validated requirement not to be taken into consideration to calculate the compliance percentage of the company.
Some of these attributes are visible when consulting an incoming document screen.
