History of access records screen
Some filters are useful to make a more precise search:
- Location (workplace / zone) where the accesses have been registered.
- Type of element (worker, vehicle, machinery) ► we can choose only one element.
- Period of time (dates from / to).
- Device that registered the access ► options available will depend on the access control configuration of the project.
- Accesses recorded on SerCAE One itself.
- Accesses recorded in a mobile device (PDA, tablet, smartphone).
- Accesses recorded in readers located in turnstiles / vehicle barriers.
- Mean of capture used ► options available will depend on the access control configuration of the project.
- Fingerprint.
- Code typed.
- Printed code (barcode / QR).
- Proximity card.
- Register mode.
- Entrance.
- Exit.
- On-site verification.
- Access control result ► it will depend on the access control parameters affecting the element.
Possible access control results
These results must be understood the following way:
- Authorised ► every access control parameter is green and the element enters / leaves / approves the on-site verification.
- Denied ► at least any of the access control parameters is red and the element does not enter / leave / approve the on-site verification.
- Forced ► at least any of the access control parameters is red , but the client decides that the element enters / leaves / approves the on-site verification.
- Rejected ► every access control parameter is green, but the client decides that the element does not enter / leave / approve the on-site verification.
- Expelled ► the element, according to SerCAE One, remains inside the site in spite of being outside really, so SerCAE One registers its exit to correct the data.
The location can be either a workplace or a zone inside the workplace. If in doubt, consult your client to avoid obtaining confusing data.
The table shown at the main area of the screen displays the access records in a reverse chronological order, so the most recent records will appear at the top. The data shown, once the necessary filters have been set, can be exported into an Excel file.
When clicking on any of the elements listed, an emerging window will show the access record in a more detailed way.
Example of access record detail window
Although the word "access" may be interpreted as entry only, for SerCAE One this concept includes entry, exit and even on-site verification.
