EN046P - Consulting the access authorisation / denial one element to one site
Access control details for an element
When the access is authorised, we can see the deadline.
When the access is denied, we can see the reasons causing this denial.
Examples of access control results
The access control parameters are shown in a traffic light format, so those painted green mean they do not deny the access. If any of the access control parameters is red, the result will be denied.
- Document requests ► every document request defined as access restrictive with no expire days in force (requested to the element and to the company as an entity) must be provided and validated.
- Assigned to works ► the worker / equipment element must be associated to a contract - work in process and associated to this location.
- Active ► the element must be registered in the platform and associated to this client.
- Blocked / unblocked ► the element cannot be blocked for disciplinary reasons.
In addition, other access control parameters may affect the authorisation:
- Inductions ► if configured for this project, the worker must have every induction applicable approved.
- Antipassback ► if configured for this project, an element that has not registered its exit cannot enter the site again nor leave if the entry was not registered.
- Full capacity ► if configured for this project, the element cannot enter the site if this implies the capacity of this site to be exceeded.
