EN039P - Details of the association of my company to a contract - work

The suppliers must be associated in SerCAE One to the contracts - works they take part in.

These contracts - works are shown both at the List of clients and the Contracts / Assigned works screens. In any of them, when clicking on the contract - work description we will enter a new screen that displays in detail this contract - work: the Assigned work details screen.

The header of the screen shows:

1. The subcontracting level of my company in this contract - work.
   
1. It is 1 if my company works directly for the client.
   
2. It will be > 1 if my company works for another company that works for the client.
   
2. Status of the participation of my company in terms of validity.
   
1. Not started yet.
   
2. In process.
   
3. Finalised.
   

Icons to show the validity of the association to the contract - work

The main body of the screen shows:

1. The accreditation of my company for this contract - work.
   
2. The compliance percentages of the documentation requested for this contract - work, grouped according to the entities they are requested to.
   
3. General information of the contract - work:
   
1. Company my company works for.
   
2. Subcontracting level.
   
3. Dates from / to of the association of my company to the contract - work.
   
4. Client user in charge of this contract - work.
   
5. Location(s) where this contract - work takes place.
   

Finally, the tabs at the bottom enable to:

1. Associate / end the association of workers to the contract - work.
   
2. Associate / end the association of equiment (vehicles / machinery) to the contract - work.
   
3. Associate / end the association of subcontracted companies to the contract - work.
