EN042C - The Client User (CU)

The Client User belongs to a company acting as a client.

Client User and companies it may belong to

Various actions can be available for the CU, depending on its roles. We will divide them into thematic groups:


1) Managing own data.
  1. Managing my user.
  2. Managing the users of my client company.
  3. Managing my client company.

2) Relationship of my client company with its suppliers.
  1. Registering suppliers (only in some projects when this task is not carried out by Operation Users from Clever).
  2. Associating one supplier to my client company.
  3. Associating one supplier to one contract - work.
  4. Associating one worker from one supplier to my client company.
  5. Associating one worker from one supplier to one contract - work.
  6. Associating one equipment element (vehicle, item of machinery) to my client company.
  7. Associating one equipment element (vehicle, item of machinery) to one contract - work.

4) Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested.
  1. Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested currently to the suppliers and their elements.
  2. Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested in the past to the suppliers and their elements.
  3. Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested currently to one supplier for a contract - work.
  4. Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested currently to one worker for a contract - work.
  5. Uploading / consulting / validating the documentation requested currently to one equipment element for a contract - work.

5) Access control
  1. Consulting / registering the access authorisation / denial of the elements of the suppliers for one location.
  2. Consulting / registering the access authorisation / denial of one element for one location.
  3. Consulting the access record of the elements of the suppliers to the locations.
