EN039C - Details of the association of one supplier to a contract - work
The suppliers must be associated in SerCAE One to the contracts - works they take part in.
These contracts - works can be consulted following 2 different ways:
- From the Services and works screen: selecting a service ► selecting a work ► associating a supplier to the contract - work.
- From the Subcontracting Tree-View screen: spreading a service ► spreading a work ► secondary button ► associating a supplier to the contract - work.
Both paths will lead to the Assigned work details screen.
Assigned work details screen
The header of the screen shows:
- The subcontracting level of the company in this contract - work.
- It is 1 if the company works directly for the client.
- It will be > 1 if the company works for another company that works for the client.
- Status of the participation of the company in terms of validity.
- Not started yet.
- In process.
- Finalised.
Icons to show the validity of the association to the contract - work
The main body of the screen shows:
- The accreditation of the company for this contract - work.
- The compliance percentages of the documentation requested for this contract - work, grouped according to the entities they are requested to.
- General information of the contract - work:
- Company the supplier works for.
- Subcontracting level.
- Dates from / to of the association of the company to the contract - work.
- Client user in charge of this contract - work.
- Location(s) where this contract - work takes place.
Finally, the tabs at the bottom enable to:
- Associate / end the association of workers to the contract - work.
- Associate / end the association of equiment (vehicles / machinery) to the contract - work.
- Associate / end the association of subcontracted companies to the contract - work.
