EN020P - Registering / editing workers of my company
We can register at SerCAE One both workers and equipment belonging to my company. Afterwards, they will be associated to clients and to contracts - works.
This task is carried out at the Community scope.
Community scope
It can be done once accessed the platform as a supplier, and before selecting any client. Follow the path shown next at the menu.

The list of workers screen shows those workers already registered and enables to add new ones.

When clicking on ADD, a window will open to introduce the data requested. SerCAE One will warn if the element is already registered.
Emerging window to register a new worker
When clicking on SAVE, a new screen is open to introduce more data of the worker.
Worker detail screen
The header shows the status of the worker(registered / deregistered).
The main area of the screen show different informative fields of the worker.
At the bottom, the tab Document request (hidden by default) show the documentation being requested to the worker.
Until the worker has been associated to any client my company works for, every document being requested belongs solely to the Community scope.
