EN003P - Company roles and types of user in SerCAE One
Every company involved in the Community will be registered in SerCAE One. Each one can have different roles and there will be different types of users for them as well.
- For the companies registered, according to the roles they play, there will be:
- Supplier Users (SU), with the mission of managing their elements and uploading the documentation requested by the Community and/or their clients.
- Client Users (CU), that can be defined on the basis of permissions, so they can deal with various matters within their own company and their suppliers.
- From the CLEVER side, there will be
- Operation Users (OU), in charge of managing SerCAE One for the scopes of the Community and of every client during the course of the projects.
- Implementation Users (IU), in charge of configuring and parameterising the Community and every client.
- Administration Users (AU), who are the ultimate responsibles of SerCAE One.
Types of company registered and their users
According to the roles of your company, at this home screen it will be possible to:
- Proceed as supplier with a Supplier User.
- Proceed as client with a Client User.
The role played by an user in SerCAE One will depend on his/her user profile, which can be:
- Supplier User (SU).
- Client User (CU).
- Operation User (OU).
- Implementation User (IU).
- Administration User (AU).
