EN056C - Associating / ending the association of one supplier to one contract - work
Once a supplier has been registered and associated to my client company, it has to be associated next to the contracts - works it takes part in for this client.
This can be achieved following 2 paths:
- At the Services and works screen ► entering the Service details screen > entering the Work details screen.
- At the Subcontracting Tree-View screen ► selecting Associate supplier and the work node.
However we will reach the Work details scren, where it will be possible to associate new suppliers by clicking on ADD by sending an invitation.
When clicking on ADD, a window will open to select the supplier and to specify the period of time of the association.
