EN027C - Associating / ending the association of equipment to one client

Once the supplier has registered its equipment elements, it will be necessary to associate them to my client company.

This task is carried out at the client scope.

This is achieved at the menu, as follows:

The next screen shows all the vehicles / items of machinery of one supplier that have been associated to my client company. There is an option to add new ones.

The button ADD enables to associate a new one as long as it has been registered previously.

Afterwards, the profile of the equipment element must be completed according to the typologies available for the client.

The choice made has to correspond to the equipment and it may affect the documentation requested by the client to this element.

Some questions of the worker can be edited:
  1. CHANGE BADGE to modify the access badge of the equipment element, so it is possible to select some options:
    1. Use the element ID.
    2. Enter a different code.
  2. CHANGE TYPES to edit the type of vehicle / machinery.
  3. DEREGISTER to end the association of the equipment element with the client, which entails as detailed next:
    1. The documentation being requested for being associated to the client is no longer requested to the equipment element ► if it becomes necessary to upload any document requested to the equipment element by the client, it will have to be done ar the Past document requests screen.
    2. A deregistered equipment element does not have access authorised to the sites of the client, as it is not expected that this element keeps working for the client.
    3. The equipment element stops being associated to the contracts - works it used to take part in for the client.
  4. BLOCK to avoid the access of the equipment element to the sites ► this situation will remain until the element is manually unblocked.
    1. A blocked equipment element keeps being requested documentation.
    2. A blocked equipment element remains associated to the contracts - works it takes part in.
  5. DEACTIVATE to reflect that the equipment element finishes its participation in the project.

    2. A deactivated equipment element does not have access authorised to the sites of the client, as it is not expected that this element keeps working for the client.

Once the element has been associated to the client, it is necessary to associate it also to the contracts - works this element takes part in.
