Once the supplier has registered its workers, it will be necessary to associate them to my client company.
This task is carried out at the client scope.
This is achieved at the menu, as follows:

The next screen shows all the workers of one supplier that have been associated to my client company. There is an option to add new ones.

When clicking on ADD, we can select those workers of the supplier not associated to the client yet.
Adding a new worker
In this moment it will be necessary to complete the professional profile of the worker. For this purpose there will be an emerging window.
Defining the professional profile of the worker
The choices made have to correspond to the worker and it may affect the documentation requested for this very worker. The types to be defined are:
- Type of identity document (single choice).
- Type of contract (single choice).
- Worker category (multiple choice).
- Type of worker activity (multiple choice).
Associating the worker to a contract - work from the Worker details screen
Some questions of the worker can be edited:
- CHANGE BADGE to modify the access badge of the worker, so it is possible to select some options:
- Use the worker ID.
- Enter a different code.
- CHANGE TYPES to edit the proffesional profile of the worker:
- Type of identity document.
- Type of contract.
- Worker category.
- Type of worker activity.
- DEREGISTER to end the association of the worker with the client, which entails as detailed next:
- The documentation being requested for being associated to the client is no longer requested to the worker ► if it becomes necessary to upload any document requested to the worker by the client, it will have to be done ar the Past document requests screen.
- A deregistered worker does not have access authorised to the sites of the client, as it is not expected that this workers keeps working for the client.
- The worker stops being associated to the contracts - works he / she used to take part in for the client.
- BLOCK to avoid the access of the worker to the sites ► this situation will remain until the worker is manually unblocked.
- A blocked worker keeps being requested documentation.
- A blocked worker remains associated to the contracts - works he / she takes part in.
- DEACTIVATE to reflect that the worker finishes his / her participation in the project.
- The documentation being requested for being associated to the client is no longer requested to the worker ► if it becomes necessary to upload any document requested to the worker by the client, it will have to be done ar the Past document requests screen.
- A deactivated worker does not have access authorised to the sites of the client, as it is not expected that this workers keeps working for the client.
- The worker stops being associated to the contracts - works he / she used to take part in for the client.
