EN019C - Regsitering / editing equipment (vehicles, machinery) of one supplier

To do this, we will have to enter the platform as the supplier the equipment will belong to. This can be done be clicking on SUPPLIER at the row corresponding to the supplier at the Home screen.

Entering the platform as a supplier

We can register at SerCAE One both workers and equipment belonging to this company. Afterwards, they will be associated to clients and to contracts - works.

This task is carried out at the Community scope.

It can be done once accessed the platform as a supplier, and before selecting any client. Follow the path shown next at the menu.

The list of equipment screen shows those vehicles / items of machinery already registered and enables to add new ones.

When clicking on ADD, a window will open to introduce the data requested. We will specify whether it is a vehicle / item of machinery). SerCAE One will warn if the element is already registered.

When clicking on SAVE, a new screen is open to introduce more data of the element.

Element detail screen

The header shows the status of the element (registered / deregistered).

The main area of the screen show different informative fields of the element.

At the bottom, the tab Document request (hidden by default) show the documentation being requested to the element.

Until the element has been associated to any client my company works for, every document being requested belongs solely to the Community scope.
