EN016C - Managing the users of my company

We access this screen from the Home screen when clicking on Administration.

Entering the Administration menu

This screen shows the users registered of my company. It is allowed both to edit them / to add a new one.

List of users of my company

The screen of user details show the following fields:
  1. Status (active / deactivated).
  2. Code, which is automatically generated when registering the user (it will be the user name at the login screen).
  3. Name & Surname.
  4. Language for the notifications.
  5. Mail address.
  6. Type of user ► always Client User.
  7. Access controller profile.

Some configuration options are available for the Client users at the bottom of the screen.
  1. Roles ► to assign a group of permissions to the user, which will make some screens and functionalities available for this user.
  2. Divisions ► to allow the view of the suppliers associated to contracts - works belonging to the services of these divisions and of the documentation requested due to the association to these contracts - works.
  3. Geographical areas ► to allow the view of the suppliers associated to contracts - works that take place in zones belonging to the workplaces of these geographical areas and of the documentation requested due to the association to these contracts - works.
  4. Documental areas ► to allow the view of the document requests belonging to these documental areas.
  5. Locations (only if Access controller has been selected) ► to allow a view to these locations in terms of access control.
The configuration of the CU will determine the options available for this user at the SerCAE One menu.

When registering a new user, SerCAE One will send him/her a message containing user name & password. This password has to be updated the first time the user enters the platform.

We can register as many users as we need per company. There is no limit.
