EN012P - Historic status of documentation requested
Incoming documentation screens at the Community scope show, apart from the current status of the documental requests according to its validation, that regarding past periods of time. It is detailed next:
Status of the documentation requested in past periods of time
Past documental requests complete ► Every request of the past periods has a 'validated' status.
Past documental requests incomplete ► At least one request of the past periods has a status different to 'validated'.
Past document requests does not include the request of the current period of time, so it is possible that one document request not having current status as validated shows its past document request in green.
Past document request status is not relevant in terms of access authorisation to the facilities of the client. Besides, it does affect the compliance percentages.
