EN001C - Access to SerCAE One
We access SerCAE One with an internet connection following the URL provided by typing it at the navigation bar.
Example: https://myproject.sercaeone.com
The platform has been optimised to run with these internet browsers: Mozilla Firefox, Google Chrome and Safari. We discourage the use of other ones.
To log in, a user name and a password must be introduced.
Logging in
Some situations may arise:
- For security reasons, SerCAE One will ask every new user to change the password prior to the first access to the platform.
- It can be configured that every password must be updated from time to time. Being this case, the platform will ask to change the password.
- If the user introduces a password wrong or already expired several times (3 by default), it may cause the user being blocked. Being this case, please ask Clever Global.
- In the event you do not remember your password, use the option Forgot your password?, which will ask to introduce both your user name and mail address to verify your identity. Once achieved, the password can be changed.

When changing the password, the new one has to comprise of at least 8 characters and contain capital letters, lower-case letters, numbers and non-alphanumeric characters.
Example: Password.1
This procedure modifies the password only, not the user name, so this very user name will remain inctact the next time the user enters SerCAE One.
If necessary, it is possible to register more users for your company.
