Your company has been registered as a supplier in the SerCAE One platform, that works as a
business Community for the document management. There will be other companies registered too:
- Some of them, as yours, will act as suppliers and will work for the client companies, either directly or subcontracted by another supplier which, in turn, works for the client.
- Other ones will act as clients, whose suppliers will work for them.
SerCAE One allows to consult and manage every document that your company has to provide regarding the company itself or its elements (workers, equipment) to meet the requirements your client requests. It will enable you to know in advance the compliance for every document request and, as a result of this, the
access authorisation for your workers, vehicles and items of machinery to enter the sites. Each document request has been defined according to some
attributes, that will affect the way to be requested, its
expiry dates and the effects of its validation on the
accreditation or the authorisation to access the facilities of the client.
There will be
users on behalf of every company registered so they can access the plataform with their own
passwords. In some projects it will be necessary to sign a
price plan according to your needs before being given the password to
enter SerCAE One.
When the session starts, the
home screen enables to access different functionalities. The
design of the screen provides easy-to-use navigation options and clear information of the path of the current screen.
Basically, the platform envisages
3 levels or scopes. Some actions are carried out in each one of them:
- The Community scope.
- The scope of one client my company works for.
- The scope of onecontract - work my company takes part in for the client it works for.
Scopes in SerCAE One
Various actions are available for the user. They can be divided into thematic areas for clarity:
- Managing own data ► of my company and its users, including the notifications they will receive from SerCAE One.
- Managing my own user.
- Managing other users of my company.
- Managing my company.
- Registering / editing elements of my company and associating them to clients / contracts - works ► at every scope of those aforementioned.
